I have been seeing a lot of press lately landing in my inbox about chatbots, particularly its usage in the election campaigns. Most recently, I read an article about IBM's Watson AI.
I am sure that I have encountered a bot or two as a customer without realizing it when needing self-service customer or sales support. I have never thought about its usage in my own business until now.
I'm curious. How are you using chatbots/AI in your customer service, sales and marketing process? If you are not now, how do you plan to use it in the future?
Imagine having a problem. You call the support center. While you may be hoping to talk to a live person, you might be directed to interact with the computer as a first line of problem solving and support.
